MoltenRock for online stores

Your store’s busywork, handled. Every refund still yours to approve.

Connect Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, AfterShip and ShipStation to the AI agent you already use. It looks up orders, tracking and payments, drafts replies to your customers, and proposes Stripe refunds that wait for your Touch ID.

Works with Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Codex, OpenClaw and Hermes

The problem

The questions never stop. The keys shouldn’t travel.

“Where’s my order?”, “Can I get a refund?”, “Did my payment go through?” An AI agent could answer most of them, if it could see your store without being able to do anything it likes there.

  • The inbox fills up with order questions
Each one means opening Shopify, the tracking page and Stripe, then typing the same kind of reply again.
  • Store keys end up in agent configs
Giving an agent your Shopify or Stripe key usually means pasting it into a file anything on your Mac can read.
  • A wrong refund is real money
You want help with the busywork, not an agent that can move money on its own.

What changes

Your agent reads everything. Changes wait for you.

  • Answers from your real data
MoltenRock Connect reads orders, stock, tracking and payments from Shopify, WooCommerce, AfterShip, ShipStation, Stripe and 26 more.
  • Replies drafted, never sent
With MoltenMail your agent reads the customer’s email and saves a reply in your Drafts. You read it, and you press send.
  • Refunds wait for your Touch ID
On Stripe, your agent proposes the refund with why and what it read. Nothing moves until you approve it; then Connect sends it.
  • Customer names stay private
Names and addresses reach your agent as tokens, such as ⟨cust_7F3A⟩. A real name is used only to draft a specific reply, and that is logged.

A day with it

One customer email, start to finish

  1. 01
    A customer writes
“I think I paid twice for order #4411. Can you check?”
  2. 02
    Your agent looks it up
It reads the email through MoltenMail and the order and both charges through MoltenRock Connect.
  3. 03
    It drafts and proposes
A reply lands in your Drafts, and a 49.00 refund appears in your Human Queue with the customer’s message quoted.
  4. 04
    You decide
Approve with Touch ID and Connect refunds it on Stripe; then you send the reply. Or deny it with a note.

Questions

What people ask first

Which store platforms does it work with?

MoltenRock Connect reads 31 platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, AfterShip, ShipStation, Intercom, Zendesk, Mailchimp and SendGrid. The full list is on the home page.

Can my agent refund a customer on its own?

No. On Stripe it can propose a refund; nothing happens until you approve it with Touch ID in MoltenRock Connect. Every other platform is read-only for your agent.

Will it email my customers?

No. Your agent can read your inbox and save drafts through MoltenMail, but it can never send, delete or move an email. You send every reply yourself.

Does my customer data go to MoltenRock?

No. MoltenRock Connect runs on your Mac and calls your platforms directly; there is no MoltenRock server in the path. Customer names and addresses reach your agent as tokens. What your agent sends to its own AI provider is covered by that provider’s terms.

What does it cost?

MoltenRock Connect is free for a couple of platforms. A one-time unlock opens all 31, and MoltenRock Pro adds approving Human Queue proposals. MoltenMail is on the Mac App Store or as a direct download.

Hand off the busywork. Keep the till.

Free to download. Start with reads; add approvals when you’re ready.
